John Rice Jr., President, Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), New York, N.Y.
Rice
is the founder and president of Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT), a
nonprofit organization that works to increase minority participation in
institutions that develop talent, such as first-tier business schools
and Fortune 500 companies. He has also worked for the Walt Disney Co. and the
National Basketball Association. Rice earned a bachelor’s degree from
Yale University, where he founded a Young Men’s Leadership program at
an urban New Haven high school, and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
He lives in Washington, D.C., with his wife, Andrea, and their two children.
