Nancy M. Schlichting (AB ’76), President and CEO, Henry Ford Health System, Detroit, Mich.

Schlichting joined Henry Ford Health System in 1998 as senior vice president and chief administrative officer and shortly afterwards became its executive vice president and chief operating officer. In June 2003 she was named CEO. She is responsible for its strategic and operational direction and performance. Schlichting serves on numerous community, professional, and corporate boards. She studied public policy at Duke, and earned an MBA from Cornell University.
