Jeff Holzgrefe

Jeff Holzgrefe is a Visiting Lecturer in the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University. He is a former Lecturer in International Relations at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and visiting scholar at the Center of International Studies, Princeton University, the Center for International Affairs, Harvard University, and the Center for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics, University of Melbourne. He was educated at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia and Balliol College, Oxford, England. He recently co-edited (with Robert O. Keohane) Humanitarian Intervention: Ethical, Legal, and Political Dilemmas for Cambridge University Press.
