Mark Tribus

Mark Tribus is an expert on leadership, change management, cohesion and team building, building small group intimacy, and knowledge transfer.  A graduate of West Point and Harvard Business School, Mark has served on active duty in the US Army for the past 18 years and is currently a Professor of Military Science at Duke University in Durham, NC .

Mark is a founding team member of a non-profit company (companycommand.com) that was featured in Fast Company magazine, CNN, and highlighted in the February 2006 edition of Harvard Business Review for its excellence in peer to peer leader development.  Mark is the catalyst for a book project due out in August 2008 that will explore the crucible experiences of our young military leaders in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Mark is currently a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Army, and has served a year combat tour in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.  Mark is married and has two young boys.
