The Entrepreneurial Leadership Initiative is directed by Hart Leadership Program faculty member Christopher Gergen. It offers a variety of assistance and services such as:

• Social Entrepreneurship coursework
• Lecture Series
• Coaching and mentoring
• Access to start-up financing
• Academic advising
• Summer immersion programs through Duke Engage
• Enterprise Incubation

Additionally, students are encouraged to contact other programs and organizations at the university focused on undergraduate entrepreneurial development, including the Center for Entrepreneurship and Research Commercialization, MMS Entrepreneurship Program, and The Duke Entrepreneur.
