Welcome to the Hart Leadership Program's Interactive History!

As we prepared to celebrate our 20th Anniversary, looking back at our accomplishments and planning for the future, we decided it was time to compile a comprehensive history of the Hart Leadership Program. But we soon discovered it was an impossible task to draft one official history. Each and every person who has been in our program is part of our history, and there are many vivid stories to tell. So we designed this site to provide a forum for students, faculty, alumni, staff and friends to reflect on our distinctive history, share memories, and make new connections.

We hope the material in the following chapters will inspire you to contribute your own content and help build a rich collection of personal reflections, audiovisual materials, and program artifacts. By clicking on the title of each entry on the chapter timelines, you will be brought to a wiki-powered site where you can augment our stories. Alternatively, you can click on “Wiki Pages” on the Index Page and be transported directly to the wiki site. Anyone who has participated in the Hart Leadership Program in the past 20 years has a story to tell.
