Need Information: Try PubMed, a completely free database and one that covers PPARC's research areas. Another database that covers demography publications and related research is the ISI Web of Science. Many universities have access (through a subscription) to this database. Here are two additional databases that are free (as well as excellent) : Google Scholar and POPLINE.

Students: If you want web access to worldwide resources for demographers, visit PPARC's Students page (and help us keep it up-to-date).

Journalists: For summaries of recent news coverage of PPARC research or for a quick guide to PPARC's scientists, see the Journalists page devoted to PPARC Expertise and Experts.

For more information about demography and population issues in general, go to the Population Reference Bureau website. You'll find background information on nearly any demographic issue.
