Visiting Duke and the MPP Program
To schedule a meeting with the MPP Program please complete the Visit Request Form.
We encourage visitation during the fall or spring semesters, when classes are in session and you can get a more complete experience of the Institute. Our visitation itinerary usually includes a meeting with the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, Director of Graduate Studies, Director of Career Services & Alumni Affairs, Senior Program Coordinator, current MPP students, faculty (based on your policy interests and their availability) and observing one or more classes. To observe a particular class while you are here please look over our course schedules. Disregard courses numbered in the "100" series as these are undergraduate courses.
To allow time to plan your agenda, complete the online Visit Request Form at least two weeks in advance of your projected arrival date. If possible, we suggest a minimum of approximately 4 to 5 hours for the visitation. We will also be pleased to put you in contact with current students, faculty or alumni. Please note we are unable to schedule visitations on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on designated Duke holidays, Breaks, or Recesses.
U.S. and International Recruiting Events
We attend a number of prospective student recruiting events throughout the United States and abroad. To see if we will be present at an event near you, view our online schedule.
Prospective students located near these events may speak to a representative about the MPP program at one of the graduate and professional school fairs listed.
